I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ramly. After a traumatic dog attack that nearly tore half of my ear off, I was completely freaked out, about both the pain and whether I would ever look the same again. Dr. Ramly completely changed that experience for me. The surgery itself was painless, and the results are honestly incredible. You would never know anything happened, my ear looks completely normal. His skill and precision are remarkable, but what stands out even more is how genuinely caring he is. Dr. Ramly took the time to explain everything, made sure I felt comfortable, and gave me his personal reassurance that I could call him anytime. And he truly meant it, he answers. He stayed in touch long after the initial surgery to check on my healing and make sure everything was progressing perfectly. That level of commitment and compassion is rare. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need a surgeon who is not only exceptionally talented but also deeply invested in his patients, Dr. Ramly is your guy. Dr. Elie Ramly is truly one of the best plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills. A few of my close friends have had facelifts and nose jobs done with Dr. Ramly, and their results honestly look INCREDIBLE. I was with them for many of their appointments, and I saw how much time and care he puts into giving each patient the best procedure. He spent over an hour with each of them, making sure he truly understood their aesthetic vision and what THEY ACTUALLY wanted for their result. He never rushed and made sure every detail was aligned with what they wanted and then delivered just that. What really sets him apart is the time and effort he puts into giving patients the results they want while doing everything in the safest and most advanced way. He is soooo caring, very detail oriented, and explains everything in a way that makes you feel informed and confident. He personally checked in on my friends after their surgery, even on weekends, which says everything about the kind of doctor he is. You can really see why Harvard surgeons are the real deal!He such an artist when it comes to the face and nose. I have consulted with many top plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills and all over Los Angeles, and I was always too hesitant to move forward because I was afraid the result wouldn’t feel like me. Dr. Ramly is the first surgeon who made me and my friends feel completely confident in both the process and the outcome. Now i get why influencers and celebrities go to him! Seeing my friends’ results and experiencing his care in front of my own eyes made my decision easy. I’m definitely booking with Dr. Ramly for my own procedure!

I’ve been receiving injectable treatments for several years and have seen multiple providers, all using slightly different techniques for my forehead, between my brows, and around my eyes. I often needed to return for follow-up adjustments and was told I have a very strong right eyebrow, which frequently led to uneven results. I decided to try a plastic surgeon in hopes of a different experience, and I’m so glad I found Dr. Ramly. He was extremely professional and used a technique I had never experienced before—diluting the product so it could be placed in more precise injection points and distributed evenly for a more natural appearance. He also achieved a subtle brow lift that has never worked for me in the past. The results are balanced, natural, and exactly what I was hoping for. I am truly impressed.

After an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) consultation with Dr. Ramly, I’m extremely confident to proceed with the surgery. Dr. Ramly was knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable, making me feel comfortable, while thoroughly and patiently answering all my questions. He explained the procedure to me in a caring, professional way, and his Practice Manager, Tara, was also courteous and efficient, making my visit positive from start to finish. Update: My upper bleph surgery was last week, and I am very pleased with the results. My eyelids are lifted, but I still look like me, only better! Dr. Ramly and his team checked in with me before, during, and after the procedure, making me feel calm and secure. I highly recommend Ramly Plastic Surgery.

Dr. Ramly is amazing! He performed my tummy tuck in May and I love the results! My belly looks beautiful & just like it did before I had babies! I am so grateful to him for doing such an amazing job!! Another huge point is that I felt very safe and heard as his patient. His communication skills are 10/10, he returned messages promptly and scheduled extra visits if I had any concerns. He was very very responsive and always so pleasant. He always had a gentle and trusting smile on his face! So happy he is who I picked to perform my tummy tuck! I will be going back to him for any and all aesthetic procedures in the future :-)
