After several years pursuing a breast reduction through multiple insurance companies and denials, I’m incredibly grateful for the support from this practice throughout the entire process. The team truly guided me every step of the way. Emily was especially professional, responsive, and supportive while navigating insurance approvals and preparing for surgery. Having someone so knowledgeable and patient made the process much easier. Dr. Schwartz made me feel comfortable from the first consultation, communicated clearly, and delivered excellent results that exceeded my expectations. Elaina, the pre- and post-op nurse, was also wonderful—very personable and comforting. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares about patients. Surgery day and recovery have been very smooth, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve had many treatments at OPS over the last 5 years. I have loved my Hydrafacials with dermaplaning with Danielle. My filler and Botox with both Char and Frances. The front desk girls on both sides are the most welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Rebekah has a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of esthetics. Kayla has treated me several times with cool sculpting and I’ve LOVED the results. I cannot say enough about this practice and the women and men who work here. Great experience! I’d been dealing with a skin tag near my eye for a few years now and it was becoming larger and I noticed another starting under my other eye. I contacted O’Neill’s office and felt welcome right away! As an adult male who had never had any elective procedures done, this made me feel way more comfortable about going in. The staff that checked me in were very friendly! Frances, who did my procedure, talked me through the whole process prior and actually explained why she was doing the procedure she was doing versus another I may have researched. And she was right! Within two days, both tags were gone! Excellent experience!
