I'll never let these people touch me again. I was treated incredibly rude almost immediately by this doctor's nurse and then himself. I was ignored, dismissed and felt completely uncomfortable. I was made to feel as if I was an inconvenience both both nurse and doctor. Then came the procedure. I had an infected, right index finger. It has been opened and drained twice by ER staff in the previous 48 hours. There was very little discharge upon examination and even after he decided to squeeze and pinch this sore and swollen finger. Nothing came out. Then I was administered three shots of lidocaine. I felt like a pin cousin. I was instructed to wait several minutes while this numbing medication took effect. In the meanwhile, I was apparently forgotten and my finger turned blue. This doctor returned to open it up, yet nothing was inside the wound. I was cut from one side to the other down to my tendon. It was a horrible experience and was made to fell like a subhuman. I've never experienced anything like this.

I had tummy tuck 3 mo ago. Highly Recommend Dr. Flynn-Thompson! He called me personally after surgery to see how I was doing. He listens to his patients. Very professional . The nurses are great as well as the office staff. I’m so happy with my surgery and recovery. 5 stars!!

My significant other hurt his hand and we went to blessing ER. Follow up appointment was with Dr Flynn-Thompson. First off when we arrived the people at the front desk stated that he (the Dr.) had to see him since he came through from ER. That normally he wouldn’t even see us since we don’t currently have health insurance. Already made us feel unwanted and unwelcome. Then when we got back to the room the Dr came In immediately and was not even in there for 4 minutes total and told us that we needed to hurry down to PT to get a splint put on for approximately 3 weeks because they were short staffed and a lady came in from the end of her maternity leave to help do his removable plastic splint/cast. So we did as we were told and rushed down there for that appointment. We were never asked for a payment at that time and assumed that we would receive a bill in the mail because the front desk clerk gave us paperwork to fill out for a sliding scale to bring back with us on the next visit. No appointments were made at that time and was told 3 weeks so we were going to call back to do that later since we were being rushed to go down to PT. My SO had quite a bit of swelling and when it went down we noticed a bone sticking up that was not pointed out to us or mentioned as a problem area so I called back to let them know that it needed to be examined again and they refused service to us since we never made a payment when at the office when we were never asked to do so. Money is not even a problem but how we were treated and how they just treated us today on the phone with refusing to see my SO again is most definitely a BIG PROBLEM. Very unprofessional.

I just wanted to say that this man changed my life! I’m in awe. I struggled for years until I met him. I don’t think I could ever repay him. Such a blessing. I am 10 days out of surgery. He called me personally to check on me. He listens, he is caring and His nurses are amazing. Very hands on surgeon and I’m very satisfied. They worked hard to help me get through the nerves and fear of the type of surgery I needed medically. I feel like a different person. The staff at the front desk are warm and welcoming as well. It’s a pleasure to be his patient and I love how I feel. What a blessing he is! I pray more individuals have the opportunity to meet with him. He’s awesome and I can’t stress that enough.
