Got referred to Dr. Stelnicki from our primary care physician. Even though they are out of network for us I wanted to get a quote to see how much it would be out of pocket. I kept getting transferred from one department to another and after 32 minutes of talking to 6 virtual “assistants” and 8 live representatives, I was told that we needed to make an appointment before I could get a price quote. I spoke with someone to make an appointment and after they collected name, address, phone number, and insurance information they failed to even schedule an appointment. Very unknowledgeable staff and treated very unprofessionally.

I have the upmost respect for Dr. Stelnicki. I consider him our hero. He is professional, skilled, and highly competent at what he does. Without a doubt, we trust in him and my family and I are very grateful for removing a facial tumor my daughter had. The stitching was made with such care that it seemed as if it never happened and all this with no nerve damage. This is why I went out of my way to write this review. I know many parents may feel nervous, as we were, when finding the best medical care for their child, so I wanted make sure I shared our personal experience in case it could help a family.

Not sure how he is as a doctor but his office staff was really disappointing. We made this appt over the phone and they told us the copay would be $50. They don’t take out insurance Cigna. I said are you sure $50? They said yes. Our appointment was at 9am today and the we arrive at 8:45am. It’s summer in south Florida and hot outside… the staff wanted us to wait outside until 9am. I knocked on the door, and the front desk girl disappeared. The laser tech was super nice to let us in. Anyways we go to check in, and they told us the copay is $550. She said well it’s because he has an hemangioma… I said that’s what I told them over the phone when I made the appointment. Very disappointing for my husband and I to take off work and drive the baby 30 minutes there and back for this.
