I’m giving two stars only because Jennifer, who handled the pre-appointment communication, was fantastic—highly professional and responsive. Unfortunately, the actual office experience was a total letdown. Despite completing all my intake forms online beforehand, I was handed a clipboard and asked to do them all over again upon arrival. I then waited in the exam room for 30 minutes past my appointment time. During that entire window, not a single person checked in on me or provided an update on the delay. As someone who took time away from work for this visit, the lack of respect for my time was unacceptable. I eventually had to leave without being seen just to get back to my job. It’s a shame that the high quality of the initial outreach isn’t reflected in how the office actually operates. I won’t be returning.

I had the equivalent of a mommy makeover with Dr. Chahin after massive weight loss. He performed an asymmetric breast augmentation, including correcting a tuberous breast, with short scar periareolar tightening. Additionally, I had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with repair of muscle separation and liposuction. Three months after the surgery, I'm incredibly pleased with the results. Dr. Chahin listened to my concerns, made recommendations, but did not make me feel pressured to complete the procedures. Besides being incredibly knowledgeable and ensuring that I received top-notch, quality care, he is very kind and reassured me throughout the entire process. His office staff was very responsive to all of my questions both before and after the surgery. I have only positive feedback regarding every aspect of this experience and I would absolutely recommend him!

I am deeply grateful to Dr. Chahin for my breast reduction and lift. It was a complicated surgery, but the results are beautiful, and the relief in my neck, shoulders and back has been life-changing. Dr. Chahin is warm, kind, and genuinely caring. He made me feel completely at ease. His secretary,Jennifer, was wonderful as well. Very bright and competent young woman. She patiently explained everything, answered all my questions, and reassured me throughout my recovery. I felt truly cared for from start to finish.

Dr Chahin closed several surgical wounds on me over the course of the past two years, leaving very minimal scarring. Not that I was a handsome individual before the surgery, but I have actually received compliments as to the wound healing. Thank you Dr Chahin for your amazing work.

Thank you to Dr. Chahin and his team they were all very friendly and welcoming from when I first stepped into his office. Dr Chahin helped saved my finger from being amputated. And did an amazing job. He has gave me the ability to continue with my activities, back to my regular routine. Very grateful and appreciative of his work. Thank you to him and his team!
