I had a great experience getting a Buccal Fat Reduction with Dr. Foulad. I consulted with several other plastic surgeons in the area and he was the only one who was focused, efficient, and helpful, instead of putting on a big unnecessary production. He never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't actually need, which made it easier to trust him. And he took the time to answer all of my many questions. I appreciated that Dr. Foulad was clear about what he could and could not achieve with the procedure, and now that it is done I can say that he definitely under promised and over delivered. The surgery itself was quite easy and I felt very comfortable even without anesthesia. I was amazed how quickly I recovered afterwards. And most importantly, I'm very happy with the results. Most of my friends and coworkers don't realize I got any work done, but I've definitely gotten more complements on my appearance lately. :)

Dr. Foulad has a heart of gold. I visited with him a number of times for treatment of a gummy smile, and during the most recent visit I had a more medically complex situation to address. I so appreciate Dr. Foulad's honesty and recommendation, and above all his compassion during this visit. Few doctors I know of have shown me the kindness that he demonstrated, and I will never forget it. He is a gem in this world.

Dr. Foulad is an artist and he approaches every face like his canvas. I had never undergone any cosmetic surgery and was extremely cautious, going to multiple doctors for consultations over a year-long period. Honestly, I didn't know if I was going to actually go through with the procedure because I was terrified but Dr. Foulad impressed me with his attention to detail, his enthusiasm, his professionalism; our consultation was over an hour where Dr. Foulad explained his ideas and surgical technique in depth. I felt safe and my intuition told me I was in excellent hands and should take the leap. I am thrilled that I did! I was able to go out in public after 10 days and no one had any idea I had undergone surgery because I looked like myself, just younger. This is exactly what I had hoped for -- natural results, turning the clock back a little, no one having any idea!

Excellent!!! I found Dr. Foulad through his website, because his before and after photos were the most impressive I was able to find. I also figured that the best surgeons' are in Beverly Hills. Boy was I right. Dr. Foulad is the most qualified and skilled plastic surgeon you will find. I was a 63 year old newly divorced male with a turkey neck and drooping eyelids covering to my eyelashes. NOW, I am a good looking 63 year old bachelor who is confident and dating. What a difference. Nobody can tell, they think I lost weight or changed my hair. They all say I look great. Thank you Dr Foulad!! Your attention and super long days making sure all aspects of my surgery went perfect. I could not be more pleased. You cannot go wrong with Dr Foulad, he is the best. Take it from a 2024 patient of his that is thrilled!!!

My experience with Dr. Foulad was wonderful. I have never worked with such a conscientious doctor. Elective surgery can be frightening, however, working with Dr. Foulad certainly alleviates quite a bit of that fear. He has an extremely pleasant and calm manner. He is so thorough, honest and detail oriented. He has an amazing bedside manner. Often these days, you may find a skilled doctor who is very deficient with their social skills. Not the case with Dr. Foulad. Chelsea and his staff are always helpful and available for everything and anything that you need and question. They always have a welcoming spirit at his office. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased from the initial consultation to the final outcome. I look ten years younger and you cannot even see the scars from my necklift procedure! I will continue to highly recommend Dr. Foulad to anyone. My opinion is not unique, he is exceedingly talented, and an exceptional surgeon.
