I waited 6 months for a consult with Dr. Black. Drove 45 mintues and arrived early. Was brought into my room right away. After my vitals were taken, I was left in the room with "the doctor will be in shortly". I sat there for an hour waiting for the doctor and nothing. I even left the room a couple of times to check in with someone to make sure they hadn't forgotten about me. When I lost my patience, I left the room after the hour, found the staff member that took my vitals (who was just sitting at a desk behind a monitor), and was told that Dr. Black was in her office "catching up on patient notes". Really? What about the patient who is physically there waiting to be seen? So ridiculous. So unprofessional. Never saw Dr. Black. The staff there was underwhelming, unapologetic and clearly not fit to work in a medical office. I made them refund my consult fee.

Google Map instructions were extremely wrong. Told me to look on the wrong side of the street. If you're coming from 50 it's on the left. Other than that, the clinic was excellent. Worked me in even though I was 40 minutes late from getting lost.
