About Dr. Frank

Dr. Frank Rogers is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon and Associate Professor of Surgery at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, where he also serves as Director of Undergraduate Education. He earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1974 and completed his plastic surgery training at the University of California, Irvine, along with fellowship training in surgical oncology and hand surgery. Dr. Rogers holds triple board certifications from the American Board of Surgery, the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand.
