Dr. Day and his staff were kind, respectful, and supportive. I came to appointments with many questions and always left with clear answers. Dr. Day spent as much time with me as I needed. I feel like he really understood what I was looking for and my expectations were not just met, but exceeded. I have recommended him to several people and shared with my primary care doctor that he is someone worth sending folks to for care.

I have been going to Dr Day for about 18 months. I started with him after my breast cancer diagnosis. He worked with my breast surgeon/ oncologist for my total mastectomy and reconstruction surgery. From the first visit he was amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me, from the history of mastectomies to exactly what he would do, where he would cut, healing, he was very thorough. And more important very personable, compassionate, and kind. He made sure I was at ease, comfortable , had all the info I needed and wanted, and always available. His team in his office was equally great. Ready to help me with my leave forms, Oregon paid leave, and my STD, always getting stuff done quickly. I can’t recommend him enough for anyone needing his services. At a very uncertain and scary time, I always felt supported and cared for.

Dr. Day is amazing! He did such a fantastic job! My outcome went way above my expectations. His office staff is incredible. They are so kind and helpful! I would highly recommend Dr. Day!

Called for a consultation over a month ago and had everything sent ready for a call back. Called today and asked what was the hold up. Took them hours to get back to my call. just to tell me that they will no longer be doing gender conforming reconstructive surgeries because it’s too complicated with insurances (in lack of better terms). Said sorry then hung up before i ask for a recommendation or even get a singular word out. They left me in the dark, were uncommunicative, and rude. Who knew they would be one of the places that stopped fighting for LGBT+ just because it’s a little hard or inconvenient? disappointing.

I cannot express how much confidence I feel being in the hands of Dr. Day and his exceptional staff! From promptly returned phone calls, to empathetic listening, incredible surgical artistry and broad medical knowledge- i recommended this clinic to anyone needing a plastic surgeon. I can't thank them enough for helping me take steps to rebuild health! I couldn't do it without them! He puts you right at ease! He's both a doctor and an artist! Kind, compassionate and caring staff front to back! Incredible experience!
