The place was clean. The parking was easy. The entire staff was pleasant. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing orthopedic hand surgery.

I had some difficulties with getting the proper referral for this visit and I must say that the staff was phenomenal with coordinating what I needed with kindness and efficiency. My care I received from the staff and Dr. Gary Kronen was exceptional and I highly recommend this hand surgeon to anyone in need of this kind of care.

I have to say that Dr Kronen has no bed side manner at all!!! He was rude and yelled at me in the operating room. When I left the operating room, my hand was bandaged like I was going to be in a Halloween movie - blood oozing out of the wrap! I told the nurse; I work in medicine - I can't go into work tomorrow like this!!! She wrapped it with more gauze, but it still bled threw. Had to go two days after surgery to get it wrapped again. I was told the operation was going to be under twilight sleep, but it was changed to local the day before without my consent. I was in so much pain during the operation that my back was coming off of the operating table and I was crying. He didn't seem to care at all. Seemed like he was in a huge hurry to just get done. With medicine today, nobody should have to go through this level of pain!!!! It was completely and utterly ridiculous. My finger still isn't fixed right. but I am scared to death to have anyone touch it now. Do not trust Dr Kronen with your procedure. He has no compassion, is VERY arrogant and has no bedside manner. Awful experience that still gives me nightmares!! When I came in for my follow up, he was eating orange wedges when he came into the room. I didn't address it with him, but after some thought, I wanted to be sure others knew about him so that they wouldn't have to experience something similar.
