I'm sad to say this, but I think people should know. He ruined my face. I had surgery on my nose and fat transfer to the face. I woke up and he had completely changed the tip, shaved it off so it was tiny and piggy and I had begged him not to change the tip! I really don't think he listened to me at all. On top of that the nostrils were still different sizes. Also the fat grafting was the worst decision of my life. I look so fat and fake. I now have the tiniest nose and the fattest face, the proportions are awful.

Unethical business office. They told me they would check my insurance benefits for the non-cosmetic portions; which they did. But nothing else- after that they refused to submit any claim and denied I even paid them for the surgery. Very disappointing unethical behavior from a medical office. Stay clear.

I waited a year to write this review, even though the moment I woke up I knew something was really wrong. My nose was completely butchered by Gary Motykie. At one month I told him how unhappy I was, I never heard from him or his staff again. He shortened my nose, gave me a retracted nostril on one side and a huge notch on the other. The worst part is there are zero repercussions. Please think twice before going to a perfectly curated instagram doctor.

Dr. Motykie's carelessness has left me legally BLIND. The worst day of my life was the day after I had surgery done by this doctor. I went in for a simple procedure and came out in pain. Stabbing pains were shooting through both of my eyes. I could not see the day after my surgery, and tried in vain to get a hold of Dr Motykie on the phone. He never picked up and didn't get back to me for several days. I completely lost the vision in my left eye. It has been devastating and he has not acknowledged that this even happened.
