If there were a ZERO START BUTTON that’s what this review would get! His bed side manner is absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable! My sister who has PTSD was panicking and crying just asking him to explain he said “go get a “psych” and walked out!! Then she was admitted for her infection came into her room 2 days later talking about “I don’t appreciate your Facebook post” like are you serious how unprofessional can you be!! Never mind he absolutely Mangled her thumb in surgery!! DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN DO NOT GIVE HIM THE TIME OF DAY OR YOUR MONEY!!

I just called this place and whoever answered the phone could not have treated more rudely. Her attitude was as if I was an inconvenience for even calling. I wanted one question answered, would they do an initial zoom call with me since I'd be coming in from out of state for the surgery. She acted as if that was the most stupid question anyone could ask. I will not be going there, obviously, and my sister will not be returning for the additional work she had planned. They just lost two clients within one minute.

I recently had 2 basel cell removal procedures by Dr. Csank. I highly recommend him! Both procedures went smoothly and I am very pleased with the overall experience. Dr. Csank was professional and explained the procedures thoroughly. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Last but not least, the staff was very friendly and helpful!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR BODY. My daughter mistakenly allowed this man to do a procedure that cost just under $10,000. She had to go to another surgeon in NY to fix it his careless mistakes. Her body was scared and so uneven it was shameful. He should be ashamed to call himself a professional. He does not care about the individual. I can see him cashing the check and laughing all the way to the bank. Not only was her second experience less painful, it was perfect and done with a caring and kind Board Certified Surgeon. Please do not trust this man with your body. Stay away from this practice it is dangerous.

Dr Csank is a humble and kind yet highly trained physician who takes pride in his work. It is clear that his staff enjoy working with him and he has created an environment where patient can feel comfortable and in ease. Excellent plastic surgeon!
