I first went to Dr. Tresley @30 years ago with what we thought was a small basal cell growth on my nose. My Derm at the time suggested I go to a plastic surgeon and recommended Dr. Tresley. Outpatient surgery was scheduled. To make a long story short I ended up on the table for six hours. The basal cell had spread significantly and with each specimen he took he needed to do more. He ended up having to resection my whole side of my nose. He canceled his office hours and stayed with me the whole time. As extensive as surgery was after it healed it looks great. Fast forward to now. I had implants that had become encapsulated over time and needed to come out. I never even considered going to anyone other than him. He took out the old implants and put in the new ones. They look and feel great.

Dr. Tresley is an excellent and experienced surgeon. Having undergone 3 procedures with him I would not go back if I did not trust his surgical acumen. He works very hard to get the best result and is candid and upfront about the post operative recovery period. He is always available if needed.
