About Dr. Gordon

Dr. Gordon Mitts is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 45 years of experience, practicing at Mitts Plastic Surgery in Bakersfield, CA. He earned his BA in chemistry from Loma Linda University in 1972 and his MD from Loma Linda University School of Medicine in 1975, then completed residencies at UC Irvine and Indiana University Medical Center, where he also finished his plastic surgery training in 1983. Dr. Mitts has been certified by the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since 1986 and is affiliated with Adventist Health Bakersfield.
