I had a bad experience with a local Dermatologist during basal cell cancer removal . I reached out to CNY Cosmetic Reconstructive Surgery for help . Doctor Baum immediately stepped up to the plate and got me in his office as soon as possible . It was determined that a skin transplant was needed and Dr Baum was willing to help me on short notice . Dr Baum has a wonderful personality and dedicated to his profession . Dr Baum did cosmetic surgery on my face and I am on the road to recover and will be forever grateful to Dr Baum and the staff at CNY Cosmetic Reconstructive Surgery !

I had an appointment with Dr. Baum to check out a growth on my arm. He removed it for me. I have had no problems with it when he finished. He did an excellent job with the procedure. He was very knowledgeable about what the problem was and the solution. Hopefully I will not have to go back again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to make another appointment to see him again.

I recently had a breast reduction with Dr. Baum and I highly recommend him! His office staff are courteous and professional. Dr. Baum and his PA, Liz are great to work with. They both take the time to make sure that you are informed and that you understand what to expect. They are open to calls during and after hours with any concerns. I did have to call after hours and Dr. Baum returned my call promptly. He offered reassurance and saw me in the office the following morning. Thankfully, everything was ok. I am extremely pleased with my breast reduction results. Dr. Baum is meticulous and his attention to detail is like no other. So, if you are looking to have cosmetic or reconstructive surgery Dr. Baum is the guy to see.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Baum and team. Everyone was so kind and helpful, the surgery center staff was amazing, not only very prompt on timing but you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. I had a concern the following day on Saturday and got a call back almost immediately that put my worries at ease. Dr. Baum himself called me also on the weekend to check in and make sure I was feeling good. I did a lot of research before choosing to go with Dr. Baum and am so glad I did. Not only am I pleased with my results and recovery, I am very grateful for the entire positive experience. If you have been looking for a fantastic surgeon I would highly recommend Dr. Baum.
