Dr. Greg Mueller and team provided outstanding care after my recent procedure. Dr. Mueller's skills are unparalleled. Seeing the results of my friends and family who have been his patients, there was never a doubt that he would be my surgeon as well when I was ready. The entire experience was superb. I had Sofwave with Parissa at Dr. Mueller's office this week and the experience was 5 stars from start to finish. Erica at the front desk made me feel welcome and well cared for, helping ease my nerves about the treatment. Dr. Mueller's signature 360-degree photography was also fascinating and showed angles of my face/neck I'd never seen before. They truly evaluate your skin from every angle to best tailor treatments to your unique goals and needs. When it was time for the Sofwave treatment, Parissa carefully explained everything to me and made sure I was entirely comfortable. She used high strength numbing and gave me a pain reliever so that I felt virtually NO PAIN during the procedure. I was completely shocked at how comfortable it was. I already see a lift to my skin and cannot wait to go back. Worth the drive from Carlsbad 100%!!!
