I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ayyala. She was my plastic surgeon and worked seamlessly alongside my breast surgeon and gynecologic oncologist during my reconstruction surgery. From start to finish, Dr. Ayyala was beyond amazing, incredibly graceful, compassionate, and highly professional. My DIEP flap reconstruction was an exceptionally complex and lengthy procedure, and Dr. Ayyala’s expertise was evident every step of the way. The outcome exceeded my expectations, and the level of care I received was truly exceptional. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel safe and supported, and approached my care with both precision and genuine humanity. I am profoundly grateful to Dr. Ayyala and her entire team for their attentiveness, kindness, and extraordinary skill. They made a challenging and emotional journey feel manageable and supported. I was so fortunate to meet Dr. Ayyala. I have had cancer multiple times and have been in front of many types of doctors. I can tell you that Dr. Ayyala is very special. When I had breast cancer and multiple surgeries I had a very bad experience with another plastic surgeon so when it was time to do the Diep flap procedure I had to make a change in my care. I met Dr. Ayyala. Her bedside manner and general energy gave me peace of mind. I trusted her completely. She was so amazing throughout my journey. She is unbelievably intelligent, precise, caring, warm, and confident. I highly recommend Dr. Ayyala.

Dr. Ayala is the best doctor. She is very professional and kind. She did an excellent job with my breast reduction. I am very, very happy. She is always available and explains everything very well. She is simply the best. I am very satisfied with the results.

Dr. Ayyala performed a bilateral mastectomy in January of this year, followed by reconstructive surgery in March. I am fortunate I was under her care and would definitely recommend her. She was professional, approachable, positive, and listened to my concerns. No questions I had felt too insignificant. Dr. Ayyala definitely put me at ease. She visited with me before and after both surgeries and followed up with phone check ins. I would also like to add a positive review to her office staff as well. I found it easy to reach out to them, to schedule appointments, and was always seen on time.

Dr. Ayyala exceeded every expectation that I had for my surgery and care. Her approach is personable, kind, and thoughtful. She listens to your concerns and questions and gives you the time you need to process and understand all aspects of the surgery. On the day of my bilateral mastectomy she came in with amazing energy made me laugh and connected with me before going into surgery. As she prepped for the surgery you could see her professionalism and talent. I told her when she took my drains out that I felt she was the perfect doctor for me and that I feel so fortunate that I have worked with her. As we enter this next phase of healing and plan for our second surgery I feel relief and happiness knowing I am under her care. Thank you for making this difficult time more digestable and providing me with promise for the future.
