Dr. Sterman and staff are all around professional and amazing. I was treated with respect, and concern for modesty. Dr. Sterman was more concerned about the surgical process than just simple aesthetics alone. I was highly satisfied with the outcome. The recovery was easier than what I had anticipated. The results were above and beyond what I had hoped for. This process was a personal journey and I felt the staff was with me every step of the way. Thank you Dr. Sterman, Jennifer, and Saile. Our then three year old daughter had an unfortunate accident with a ceramic bowl of ice cream and her lip needed stitches from a plastic surgeon. Dr. Sterman was recommended to us and we got so lucky that he was available that evening. He was so kind to our daughter, talked and walked us all through the process. I’m positive his calm demeanor was the reason she didn’t utter a cry during those stitches and why we (the parents) were able to feel at ease. His work was impeccable. Our follow ups at his office were pleasant and easy, and his staff was great. If for whatever reason we may need a plastic surgeon again, no doubt we will be working with Dr. Sterman.

I had an accident where i cut my hand badly. I mean horribly. Severed muscles. I went to Holy Name Hospital ER and I was so blessed that Dr Sterman was on-call. He cleaned me up and closed me up and scheduled me for surgery that day. He is super meticulous, super compassionate and super caring. Im a nurse and been in that profession for 24 years and his care has been spectacular and exemplary. His office staff? Equally lovely and professional. I am so lucky to have Dr Sterman as my doctor.

Dr. Sterman is such a kind and caring doctor. He is highly skilled and listens to his patients which is why his outcomes come out great. His staff is also amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I was highly satisfied and I highly recommend him!

Besides his work being meticulous, Dr. Sterman is one of the kindest, most caring, nicest doctors I have ever come across. He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows. His staff is wonderful as always and Jennifer (who has been with him for so many years) is amazing! She is caring, compassionate, knows how to run the office and also one of the nicest people I have ever met. I highly recommend!
