I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Dr.Huettner and her team! From the very first consultation to my post-op care, I felt completely supported, informed, and cared for.I had a breast reduction, and the results are truly life-changing. Not only do I feel more confident and comfortable in my own body, but the outcome looks so natural and beautifully done. Dr. Huettner has an incredible eye for detail and artistry, and I could tell from the start that I was in the best hands. The staff was equally wonderful, warm, attentive, and always available to answer my questions (no matter how small). The entire process felt seamless, and I always felt like I was treated with compassion and respect.If you are considering surgery, I cannot recommend Dr. Huettner enough. They gave me a result that exceeded my expectations, and I am forever grateful!

One of the best choices I have ever made was to get my breasts reduced by Dr. Franziska Huettner. I have thought about getting this operation for years, but I was hesitant since I am afraid of surgery, which I think is normal for many individuals. I had deep shoulder creases from the weight of my breasts, chronic back pain, and trouble finding bras that fit correctly. The hardest part of the procedure for me was choosing the right surgeon because how can you really tell who is the best fit? I was immediately put at ease as soon as I met Dr. Huettner. She was kind, understanding, and focused. She paid close attention to my worries, understood my difficulties, and fully solved them. She addressed every one of the almost 40 questions I had prepared for our consultation before I even had a chance to ask them. Her deep knowledge, passion for her work, and genuine concern for her patients' health were all clear to me. She was the surgeon I wanted to proceed with for this surgery. Her commitment and professionalism appeared in her entire crew. Everyone, from the nurses to the front desk, was always helpful and quick to respond. Before my operation, I could contact them at any time with questions or worries, and I always got timely, comforting answers. Nurse Amber personally called to check in the night before the procedure. She helped me feel at ease and ready for the following day by listening to my concerns, particularly my dread of needles and my first surgery. Every team member helped to ensure an effortless and reassuring procedure on the day of surgery. In order to calm me down, Dr. Huettner took the time to reassure me once more, even making me laugh. In order to calm my mind before anesthesia, experts talked to me. My biggest worry was that I would wake up in pain, but I was surprised to find that I woke up pain-free and have stayed comfortable during my recovery. I am currently 11 days post-op, and the outcome is even better than what I expected. I seem smaller, feel lighter, and have more body confidence than I have in years. Dr. Huettner is a great surgeon who truly cares about her patients' overall experience and confidence following the treatment, not just the procedure itself. I will definitely suggest her to anyone thinking about having breast reduction surgery or any kind of procedure. I appreciate your professionalism and compassion, Dr. Huettner and crew. I had never had surgery before and was truly terrified even though it was long overdue. I'd even cancelled a scheduled surgery one business day beforehand after a previous surgeon's office dropped the ball on me so badly, I couldn't in good faith go through with the procedure. I'm so lucky to share that I had the exact opposite experience with Dr. Erhard's team. They were so welcoming and easy to work with, and answered every question promptly. Dr. Erhard and her surgical team put me at ease every step of the way, and my recovery was pain-free and as smooth as can be. I did experience a severe allergic reaction 9DPO, but Dr. Erhard herself answered the phone at 3:45AM when I called the office line to see if I should visit the emergency room. She then emailed with me back and forth for an hour, sending over a prescription and saving me the misery of late-night hours spent in the ER. The office then followed up and slotted me in for an appointment days later outside my normal scheduled check-ups. I am so grateful to have been under their care and bounced back so quickly it shocked me. I am now nearly six months out from my surgery and could not be more thrilled I went through with it. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Erhard to any patient for any procedure big or small. Truly the best!

Dr. Huettner and her entire team are absolutely exceptional. From the initial visit to my post-operative care, I felt completely confident in their expertise.My resluts are beyond what I could have hoped for, and the entire experience with this team was truly positive. I highly recommend Dr. Huettner to anyone seeking out standing care. She is a gifted surgeon.

I did gender-affirming top surgery (bilateral reduction) with Dr. Huettner. I was so nervous during my initial consult that I actually started crying. I felt mildly embarrassed, but Dr. Huettner was incredibly understanding, it felt like I was talking to a therapist in addition to a skilled surgeon. She was caring, she listened well, she was well aware of gender-affirming care standards, and made a lot of space for my fears and uncertainty. After my consult in Nov 2023, I would take another seven months to commit, finally having my surgery in June 2024. I have a history of PTSD and was very anxious the whole time. I also came to my gender/sexuality later in life, so the whole process was a very emotional one for me. Every time we spoke, Dr. Huettner exhibited the same patience and sensitivity, and did not make me feel weird for having so much anxiety around the process. Dr. Huettner also gave me the impression of being someone who genuinely cares about the art of what she does. She's very thorough in explaining her thought process, she takes pride in her work, and she's collaborative in hearing your input as a patient. Her office sends out post-op guidelines but also invites feedback to learn from what was helpful for a patient, and I find that very reassuring that they are willing to learn from patients. I filed a PPO waiver with my insurance to get the procedure approved, and Dr. Huettner's office helped with all the required documentation. After surgery, Dr. Huettner recommended a lymphatic drainage PT, which was so so so helpful. The professional PT helped me get reacquainted with my body in a way that felt safe, increasing my confidence with each visit. I am now 3 months post-op and back to my regular gym routine. :D If there's one thing I could have told my pre-op self, I would say, DO IT SOONER!!!!! This surgery with Dr. Huettner changed my life. My partner, who saw me through the entire process, is now considering it for themselves too.
