Makes you feel totally at ease. She is an amazing surgeon with an awesome personality. I was very nervous about my surgery but Dr. Perakis and her team were great and I highly recommend her. The BEST!

This review comes after a long road with multiple surgeries starting with a breast reduction and then an incidental finding of cancer, a full double mastectomy, replacement of breasts and then a swapping out surgery from second set of implants that were uneven and uncomfortable with large ugly scars with unattractive rippling. I came to Dr. Parakis feeling defeated and like I would never feel happy again and trying to tell myself to just be grateful I was cancer free and not to be superficial and go through yet another surgery. She was so kind to calmly assure me that this is what she excels at and kept me from feeling like this surgery was frivolous and validated how I longed to look good again and rightfully so after all I had been through. Dr. Parakis replaced my implants and corrected my pockets to get them at an even and symmetrical level she also did liposuction on my thighs and added fat from my thighs around the implants to give them a fuller more blended natural appearance. After my mastectomy they had looked like two coconuts stuck to my chest due to the lack of tissue so every time I looked in the mirror it was a reminder that my body is not what it once was. I now feel so pleased and happy in clothes and in swim wear. I am very active I am huge Tracy Anderson advocate and working out is major part of my life and I feel no limitations, pain or discomfort after my surgery. I am so happy I found Dr. Parakis she is a very talented woman doctor and I will recommend her to anyone who is looking for any type of breast augmentation and body contouring.

Dr. Helen Perakis is incredibly compassionate and takes the time to truly understand her patients. She carefully diagnoses the right treatment and offers excellent advice. I required surgery for an infected keloid, and she performed the procedure exceptionally well. What stood out was her commitment to my recovery—she ensured I followed up for at least a year to monitor my progress. Dr. Perakis not only excels in her medical expertise but also genuinely prioritizes the well-being and care of her patients.

This is a well deserved glowing 5 star review for Dr Helen Perakis. Yesterday Dr Perakis and her team operated on my wife for 5 hours. My wife needed a re-do of her breast reconstruction following double mastectomy. A very challenging task. She had no breast tissue to work with, very little fat and previously shifted and excessively mobile pocket of old implant and hypertrophic poorly positioned scar. My wife needed her double mastectomy at a relatively young age. She is very active, exercises regularly and fashion and image conscious. She was plagued by her constantly shifting implant and pain. This is not an easy task to fix. Yesterday Dr Perakis told me the surgery should be about 3 hours. It took 5 hours. 5 hours Dr Perakis and her team spent on patiently getting it right for my wife. She did a wonderful job. Her demeanor, skill and attention to detail are truly special. We are eternally grateful to her. I am a physician myself and recognize when a colleague really cares. Dr Perakis really cares and to combine this with patience and skill - there is not much else a patient could ask for. We are incredibly grateful and recommend you without any hesitation.
