Dr. Hoang Bui is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Orange, California, with nearly 30 years of experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery in Orange County. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed his general surgery residency at USC/Los Angeles General Medical Center, followed by a plastic surgery residency at City of Hope National Medical Center. Dr. Bui has been practicing at his private cosmetic surgery practice in Orange County since 1996.
