I would not recommend Dr Karimi. Ever since day one of the nose surgery it’s been a living nightmare. I wasn’t able to sleep for 3 weeks after the operation. My life has been miserable since the operation. Went to the ER a bunch of times. Now it’s over 2 months post nose operation and both of my nostrils are clogged when I go to sleep. I wake up after an hour of sleep. I feel like Im suffocating and it’s a slow death. My life is ruined because of this operation. I regret ever doing it in the first place.

My nose is extremely crooked with uneven, lopsided nostrils after my revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Karimi. I’m now faced with the impossible decision of whether to live with this result or undergo a costly and dangerous tertiary rhinoplasty to fix it.

I have never met a better surgeon or doctor in my life! Dr. Karimi Knew exactly what type of nose job fits my face and he delivered the most exceptional results. I felt so confident in his talent and skills during the whole experience, and that means a lot coming from someone like me who is super anxious and has been debating if I should undergo a rhinoplasty for about 10 years. From the very beginning, he was just very knowledgeable and I immediately knew he was the correct surgeon for me. He’s amazing and he did a PERFECT job!!!

I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Hakimi and his entire team for their kindness, expertise, and genuine warmth. It’s hard to put into words just how thoughtful Dr. Hakimi is. I’ve now had two procedures with him over the past two years and will continue to go to him for future treatments without hesitation. His thoughtful approach, genuine desire to do what’s best for the patient, commitment to continuous education to stay ahead of fast evolving medical advances, along with his excellent bedside manner (and the fact that he is simply an all around good human), are very hard to come by! His consults are thoughtful and never rushed. He is incredibly responsive to questions and extremely diligent about follow-ups. I’m someone who really does not like going under anesthesia, and Dr. Hakimi offers patients choice and agency. Procedures can be done fully awake under local anesthesia (which are surprisingly very comfortable!) or under general anesthesia if you prefer to be asleep. That optionality made all the difference for me. Because awake procedures are a regular part of his practice, Dr. Hakimi has extensive experience and is truly at the cutting edge of this approach, which is different from a doctor who may offer it only as an exception. I had a medically necessary surgery as a teenager that left uneven scarring I had wanted to address for a long time. I waited over 15 years to move forward because many doctors don’t offer these options, and that made taking the first step difficult, until I found Dr. Hakimi. I was very comfortable throughout the whole process and incredibly happy with the results! I would be remiss not to mention his new office, it feels more like a home than a medical office. I genuinely don’t feel like I’m going to a doctor’s appointment when I visit. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and his staff, Diana, Suzy, Mia, and others I’m sure I’m missing, are all incredible and make you feel truly cared for. Dr. Hakimi also shares thoughtful, practical guidance on how to make choices that help you not just look better, but feel better in your own skin. Even if you’re not ready for a procedure, I highly recommend following him on social media, he offers genuinely helpful advice!

Dr. Hakimi and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind, which made the entire experience and my procedure very comfortable from start to finish. I really appreciated being able to text both the staff and Dr. Hakimi directly and always receiving quick responses—it made me feel very supported throughout the entire process. My results are amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I also loved seeing my before-and-after photos at my one-month post-op appointment—it was so exciting to see the progress. I’m extremely happy overall and would highly recommend Dr. Hakimi to anyone considering a procedure with him.
