⚠️ Botched for Life: A Warning to Anyone Considering Dr. Hootan Daneshmand, MD
Before trusting your face or body to Dr. Hootan Daneshmand, please read my story. I underwent a fat transfer under my eyes and implant removal with a breast lift, and the results have left me emotionally and physically devastated. The fat transfer created lumps, bumps, irregular contours, asymmetry, and a disfigured look that draws unwanted attention.

I have included photos that show the shocking difference. Before the procedure, I had no issues in this area. Now, the fat under my eyes is uneven and distorted, and my eyes constantly water, something I never experienced before. I wear tape under my eyes daily just to hide the deformity and gather the courage to go out.
⛸️ Athletic Career Crushed
I was a healthy, athletic woman who performed in live shows. This botched result destroyed my confidence. I cry in secret, avoid cameras, and live with constant shame. My self-esteem has been shattered, and my once active social life has turned into isolation.
I moved away after the surgery because I was too embarrassed to face people I knew. I stopped skating in shows, a passion I had for years, and now wear sunglasses almost everywhere to hide the damage. I have seen six other doctors for help, and none were willing to attempt a repair. Two told me outright that I should sue for malpractice.
😞 Botched Breast Lift
I paid for a breast lift in addition to the implant removal. Instead, I was left with:
No visible lift
Fat from the transfer that settled into large pockets under my arms, where I never had any before
Pain and discomfort every time I lower my arms, which even shows through clothing
🧑⚕️ Second and Third Opinions
I still continue to consult with other plastic surgeons to try to fix my botched result. Multiple surgeons have since told me that Dr. Daneshmand's surgery failed to meet the accepted standard of medical care and suggested speaking to an attorney.
I was told that the eye area will be extremely difficult to fix because of how the fat settled and how the tissue healed. The same goes for the breast work. This is not something easily reversed, and the odds of full correction are slim.

No woman should have to go through this trauma. The lack of skill, poor judgment, and irreversible harm have changed my appearance and my life forever.
