About Dr. Hubert

Dr. Hubert Shih is a board-certified plastic surgeon at HB Shih Plastic Surgery in Cupertino, California, affiliated with El Camino Health and Sutter Health. He earned his medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and completed his integrated plastic surgery residency at Stanford University, where he served as Chief Resident in his final year. Dr. Shih completed additional fellowship training at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan, specializing in microsurgery and reconstructive techniques.
