Dr. Trovato and his team have exceeded every expectation I had going into this process. From my very first consultation, I felt heard, respected, and completely comfortable. That level of trust is priceless when you’re making such a personal decision. I consulted with several plastic surgeons across DFW before choosing Dr. Trovato, and I can confidently say it was the best decision I could have made. The professionalism, expertise, and genuine care from everyone in the office set this practice apart immediately. The onsite recovery hotel was another standout part of the experience. It was clean, convenient, and thoughtfully designed for post-op patients. The nurses were incredible. Attentive, compassionate, and yes, absolutely hilarious, which was exactly the energy I needed while recovering. I’m only a few days post-op, but already feel amazing about my choice. If you’re looking for a surgeon who listens, delivers confidence, and surrounds you with a top-tier team, Dr. Trovato is the one. 10/10 recommend. I cannot wait to see my final results!

Dr. Matthew Trovato is the most skilled, knowledgeable and has a most excellent bedside manner. His hands should be patented for his talent. He is the best plastic surgeon the Southwest offers and is comparable to keen surgeons in NY and LA.

Hopefully you don’t find yourself in a situation needing stitches for your little one, but if you do, 10/10 recommend Dr Trovato with KidKuts. He was so kind and made us feel so at ease in a terrifying moment for any parent.

Dr.Tittle and his staff are top notch. He is truly an expert in his craft. I had a breast augmentation done October 2025. They look so natural and beautiful. Cecelia was very sweet as well - I also had lip fillers done here. I am not a fan of needles at ALL. Even vaccines make me nervous! But Dr. Tittle was so gentle. The only thing that shook me a little was when he was all done and I felt a cold wipe on my face, so you know they did such a great job at numbing. If you want to enhance natural beauty he’s the one to go to. He won’t upsell you like other surgeons which I like. I inquired about two other things I was interested in, and he gave me his honest opinion. I truly appreciated that. Most drs are in it for the money and will just do whatever you ask even if it’s not any good for you. I will always come here for anything I need done. - As long he’ll let me! :)
