Dr Taylor was kind and understanding of my situation. The staff is phenomenal and extremely thorough, from the surgery scheduler to the medical assistants to the PAs.and the front office.

Due to MY negligence, I delayed surgery for about two years. When I could no longer wait, I made the appointment and went in to see Dr Taylor. From the first moment I met him, I knew that I had made the best decision. He never once made me feel ignorant for waiting. His concern was the infection, what it was doing to my body and how to stop it. Unfortunately, removal of the left breast was my only choice. Again, he showed a vast amount of understanding, knowing that even though the infection was the most relevant, the fact that I was having to have my breast removed, was also of major importance. His bedside manner and personality make him one of the most understanding surgeons I’ve ever encountered. Once again thank you Dr Taylor.

I was in the process of trying to get a breast reduction for a year or so with Taylor’s office. It was a constant battle between the insurance company and the clinical office. My insurance company kept telling me the office wasn’t sending in any notes to support my claim. The insurance company requested Taylor do a peer to peer to help my claim and he refused to do so. I even switched insurance companies and still was getting denied from lack of notation. I was told from Taylor’s office that I probably wouldn’t have a good chance getting approved with another surgeon since I kept getting denied with them. I was so discouraged. I went and got a second opinion with a different surgeon and she was even confused about the lack of notes that was sent in from Taylor’s office… I was approved for my surgery the first try with the second surgeon. I’m kind of glad I got denied with Dr. Taylor I wasn’t really feeling the vibe from the very beginning.

I had a great experience with Dr. Del Rossi. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout my visit. What stood out the most was how he genuinely took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I understood all my options without ever feeling rushed or pressured. He wasn’t pushy at all and made it clear that his priority was finding the best plan for me—not what would be most profitable. I truly appreciated his honesty and the way he focused on my individual needs. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. The ladies in the office were also so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The office itself was very clean, cute, and easy to find. Overall, I felt comfortable, well-informed, and truly cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Del Rossi and his team!
