I recently underwent a mastectomy with reconstruction surgery, and I want to express my deepest gratitude to Deborah and Alice for the exceptional post-surgery treatment and care I received. From the very beginning, they showed not only medical expertise but also genuine compassion. Their attentiveness made me feel supported every step of the way, and their encouragement gave me confidence during a very challenging time. Deborah’s calm reassurance and Alice’s thoughtful guidance created an environment where I felt safe, respected, and truly cared for. Recovery can be overwhelming, but thanks to their dedication, I felt comforted and empowered. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to patient well-being are remarkable, and I cannot commend them enough.

Dr James Mayo and his staff are absolutely amazing!! 3 weeks ago I had a DIEP Flap Abdominal Surgery. From the very first time meeting Dr James Mayo and his staff, they made me feel so comfortable and explained everything in detail before & after the surgery. I have never had a surgery where I have had no pain what so ever from the surgery sites, and I have had a few surgeries over the past few years, after being diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2022. From being in the hospital to now 3 weeks later, the only pain I have had was in my back from having to be hunched over and using a walker the past 3 weeks, that to me tells me what an incredible and amazing surgeon Dr James Mayo is!! Dr James Mayo and his staff have been there for me every step of the way. If I had any questions or concerns someone was always there to help me. Dr James Mayo was always so caring and professional, he took the time to listen and talk with me and my husband and made us feel very comfortable and at ease knowing what was ahead of us. I would highly recommend Dr James Mayo and his staff to anyone, they truly are amazing!! Thank you Dr James Mayo for everything you have done for me and making this Journey so much easier than I was expecting, I am forever grateful to you!!
