Dr. James Payne is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 45 years of experience, practicing in Modesto, CA, and affiliated with Doctors Medical Center Modesto and Stanislaus Surgical Hospital. He earned his medical degree from UC San Francisco School of Medicine in 1980 and completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Louisville in 1987, where he received the Louis Broehm Award for Outstanding Graduating Surgical Resident.
