I was referred to Dr. Marotta by my dermatologist in October 2025. He was the first and only surgeon I ended up seeing. The minute I met him, I knew he was the surgeon I wanted. He is truly an artist! He turned back the clock for me by 35 years. For the very first time my inside me matches my outside me! If you were looking for perfection, Dr. James Marotta is the surgeon!!!( In the picture where I'm holding a photograph, that photograph was taken of me 35 years ago. )

Dr. Marotta and his practice are truly top tier and the only place I could have imagined going for my rhino/septoplasty. I am so grateful I did. I stumbled upon this place using the internet to find plastic surgeons in my area with a specific focus on rhinoplasties. I'd been considering a nose job for about five years, but didn't have a vision for what exactly could be done to refine the appearance or know of a good doctor. I was also so nervous about anesthesia. The consultation and help from the patient coordinator Francesca was amazing, and the day of surgery went so smoothly thanks to Dr Marotta's team. I am six weeks out, feeling healed and able to go about my normal life looking beautiful!

I have been seeing Ken for almost 4 years and he is the best. I have never felt pressured to do more than I was comfortable with and he has always been so informative on new procedures. I now travel to see him because I trust him more than anyone else doing it. Couldn’t recommend more!
