I had an excellent experience at Sonobello in Oakbrook, IL. Everyone, from my initial consultant, Divine, my nurse Kase, and Dr. Jared Miller were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I had my procedure yesterday morning. It was painless and my comfort was clearly important to everyone. My procedure was fairly extensive, I am an anesthesiologist myself, to say that I was “concerned” about getting all this done under local anesthesia with a dose of oral sedative alone is an understatement! However I chose to trust their expertise and follow their routine as described. I am so impressed. I felt no pain throughout the procedure. It was amazing. I’m looking forward to seeing my final results. I just had this done yesterday as I said. I do have pain today across my abdomen and hips when I get out of bed, totally expected. I’ve had no bleeding or drainage to speak of. The pain meds prescribed take the edge off. I highly recommend Sonobello. I have already referred a close friend. I’ve had such a great experience at this location! I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. K, Nurse Allyson, and Nurse Lucy. During my procedure they constantly reassured me and helped calm my nerves. I had the worst anxiety and they were so kind and comforting, even holding my hand multiple times. Nurse Lucy was wonderful and answered the millions of questions I had with so much patience and kindness. The front desk team was absolutely amazing and just as excited for me as I was. My consultant made me feel so confident about doing something life changing. The procedure itself wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be, so if you’re looking for a sign to do it, this is it! I’m so grateful for everyone there!

I had a very good experience with everyone in the process of having a liposuction . First I’d like to thank very much the first visit with Ms. Divine Aquino Patient Care Consultant who excelled in explaining the whole process. I have so many questions & she answers all of it in a manner that wasn’t rushed. She took an amount of time ex explaining everything to me .Her warmth attitude is appreciated. Then Ms Jacques & Ms Kim at the front desk who are very welcoming, friendly & very helpful. Thanks to Jacques & Kim . Then of Course Ms. Lucy RN Dr. Millers Nurse who is friendly as well & quite helpful in her own ways & her positivity is infectious. Lastly I love Dr Miller Plastic Surgeon who did my procedure . He is kind & trustworthy. He follows my request . He did a phenomenal job on my surgery . After the surgery I expected I will have a lot of pain . I rated my pain level as 5/10 minimum discomfort.. Four weeks post-op, what i can say is… I feel AMAZING, Y’all! Other than the normal swelling during the first few weeks, my recovery has been smooth :) THANKS to the nurses and Dr. Miller’s guidance. After waiting 30+ years to finally do a mommy makeover, I can honestly say it was so worth it. I feel healthier, happier, and more confident than ever. Shopping for clothes is fun again! Every visit to Sono Bello has been a positive experience. I was greeted warmly each time, and the entire staff made me feel cared for from start to finish. 🩵🌸 Divine, thank you for making my consultation such a positive one — your kindness and bedside manner gave me the confidence to move forward that day. 🩵 Dr. Miller tied it all together beautifully, and I cannot wait to see my final results in the new year.
