I think Dr Cohen is a great doctor i have gone to him a few times he is very thorough and knows what he is doing.

Just got back from the ENT with Dr.Jason Cohen. Didn’t appreciate that because I’m a young guy trying to get something checked with my ears that its okay to be condescending and rude. I’ve always been a waxy guy so I figured why not see if I can get a flush and maybe there’s some improvement in my hearing. Instead he goes “Who told you you were waxy? Usually wax comes out on its own. Your Primary Physician would have referred you if you had a problem.“

Absolute joke. You cannot make this up. I made an appointment to see a doctor for a sleep study in April 2024. i never saw the doctor. They had me see a Physicians Assistant but never made me aware of of it. I am waiting 3 months to get a machine for a home study. I just called there on 7.12 and got the "call center". They had no idea what i was talking about and tried to RE-MAKE my appointment to pickup the home sleep study machine. The woman at the "call center" struggled to comprehend what i was talking about and frustrated me to the point that i hung up on her. I cannot believe that we can spend 40k -50k per year for a family medical plan and receive nothing but poor service from nearly every provider. So here I am right back to where I started.

I heard Dr. Cohen was fantastic, but I had the complete opposite experience. I found him to be discriminating, disengaged and disinterested. I would not recommend this doctor. The office staff was great and super friendly, hence the 1 star.

Dr Cohen saw me regarding an issue with my thyroid that required surgery - scheduling the surgery was delayed due to the pandemic- had the surgery in early june and he was wonderful - recovery has been a breeze. All information I got from him and his great staff was straight forward and accurate.
