Dr. Jason Roostaeian was my septo-rhinoplasty surgeon in late August, and I’m genuinely so glad I chose him not only for his skill as a surgeon, but for the kind of person he is. Even though I’m only about four months post-op, I couldn’t be happier with my result. My nose looks natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for. It’s made a huge positive difference in how I feel about myself and, just as importantly, my breathing has improved significantly. Considering how particular I am about my aesthetic goals, it’s really impressive that he was able to deliver exactly what I wanted. Beyond his eye for facial aesthetics and surgical know-how, he’s just a genuinely nice guy. He was always kind, patient, and incredibly attentive. I’m a super anxious person and I think this process would've been so much more stressful had I used someone else as my surgeon. Dr. Roostaeian always took the time to genuinely listen to my hopes/concerns. He never made me feel rushed and made sure I felt heard and understood at every step. He was also refreshingly honest about what was possible and offered thoughtful guidance on what would work best for my face, which gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. I truly believe it’s rare to find a surgeon with this level of skill who is also such a nice person. I feel extremely lucky to have chosen Dr. Roostaeian and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone considering rhinoplasty.

Dr Roostaeian was the one person I could find, globally, who was capable of doing what I needed, and the only truly humble, compassionate and trustworthy surgeon I encountered on my journey. I was disfigured after I made an error of judgment years ago. After a number of painful failed attempts with previous surgeons, Dr Roostaeian reconstructed my nose to look completely natural, beautiful and like myself. Nothing short of a miracle. He communicated with me as an ally rather than an authority. His actions and his words were aligned. He knew intuitively what I wanted down to the finest detail, I barely needed to ask. He listened attentively. I never felt rushed or pressured. He managed my expectations well. And thankfully did not suggest anything outside of my area of concern. I also appreciated the unpretentious clinic and staff members at UCLA. Overall it was a very positive and healing experience. Highly recommended.

I've been through many procedures after being run over by a car. I can say from experience that Dr. Roostaeian is a professional that performed my closed septoplasty to actual perfection. My nose was 90% physically obstructed, and i constantly felt hypoxic, suffocated and my body was struggling to recover from my previous injuries and surgeries. Now, just one week after the procedure, i feel amazing and all of my statistics are drastically improving! Thank you Dr. Roostaeian for letting me breathe fresh air again and for enabling my body to finally heal!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Jason Roostaeian! From the very first consultation, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring, taking the time to really listen to what I wanted and assure me that I would still look like myself. The entire process felt comfortable and supportive and was honestly a breeze. After the procedure, I hardly had any bruising at all, mainly just swelling and I experienced zero pain. Most importantly, the results are absolutely amazing—my nose looks so beautiful and natural that friends and family just say I look amazing without even realizing I had surgery. Dr. Roostaeian’s skill, artistry, and genuine care truly set him apart. He is a true master at his craft. I’m beyond grateful and would recommend him to anyone considering rhinoplasty. Dr. Roostaeian is the best! I love my nose! He help enhance my beauty and fixed my breathing problem. I am 1 year post surgery and my nose just keeps getting better and better. His work makes me feel confident about myself and gave me the nose that fits my profile. He not only a great surgeon but also has amazing bedside manners. He reached out to my husband the day of surgery to inform him that the surgery went well and even checked up on me after I was discharged. I trusted Dr. Roostaeian since the beginning because he performed surgery on my cousin and both my sisters. Their results are amazing and we can't wait to send more friends and family to him.
