An excellent experience, highly recommend.
Dr. Spector preformed a small outpatient surgery. He was considerate and made me feel comfortable. The whole procedure was painless, even at home after local anesthesia wore off, and is healing well.

Experienced Plastic Surgeon - Excellent Care
The surgery I was about to embark on was important to me not only for medical and aesthetic reasons…I wanted to find a surgeon who would be able to return me to my most authentic self. I booked the consultation and went in. I was very nervous for some reason and when Dr. Spector walked into the...

I had my C5-6 and C6-7 fused the day before seeing Dr Spector. My Prevena Plus 125 vacuum unit was alarming and running non stop. I was staying right next door at the Helmsley Tower. I looked at the fault and it said it was blocked. I went directly to the hospital to Dr Spector. I was asked by his assistant why was I there? I told him the machine was alarming and showed blocked. He then asked me if I contacted the manufacturer? I looked at him and asked if he was joking? He told me no. I asked him if he installed this device, shouldn't it be working? He looked at it and told me the plastic connector for the suction was upside down. My girlfriend told him with Dr Spector present that at 2am she had to go back to the hospital and get the charger. His assistant (Again) replied did you contact the manufacturer? I told him of course not. I would never recommend Dr Spector for anything to anyone, ever. I went there in extreme pain to get professional help and ended up just being horribly mistreated. Dr Spector told us that if he wasn't in surgery and we hadn't checked out he would of given us some directions. Like somehow we did something wrong. We were told that if it becomes blocked again to just shut it off. Why was this device ever installed at all if it wasn't need?

Dr Spector is a brilliant, extremely competent doctor with the kindest bedside manner. He made me feel like he had all the time in the world for me. I felt very comfortable talking to him. He answered all of my questions and asked me questions as well. He calmly and clearly explained my procedure. He assured me that we will meet again before my surgery date so that he can answer any more questions and make sure I feel at ease. I would trust Dr Spector with any procedure and I know I am in the best hands with him. Post surgery follow up: Dr. Spector did a diep flap reconstruction immediately after my double mastectomy. His attention to detail and expertise are extraordinary. He turned a life altering procedure into a work of art and I am so happy with how my body looks. He is simply a pleasure to work with and I am very grateful.
