I am 6 months post operation of a breast implant exchange from this practice and this was the worst experience. My complaints are lengthy but to narrow it down. Doctor Jeff A was unconcerned about my discomfort. He left a capsule in me and told me he did. I’ve been experiencing pain for 6 months and asymmetry problems. I have to wear a bra at all times because the implants are not aligned. One is up and the other is down. I look and feel worse than before the exchange. During my follow up he was extremely nonchalant and the visit was less than 5 minutes. He was Unprofessional, no concern, horrible results and a lot of ongoing pain. Also, the surgery coordinator Kaitlyn needs to work on her communication skills. I DO NOT recommend this establishment.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I had a breast augmentation on tubular breast. Dr. Plano did such an amazing job. They look very natural with my body shape. Very happy with my results. Thank you doc and team!
