I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Luh and his team. He is exceptionally skilled at explaining procedures in detail, ensuring I understood every aspect of my treatment plan. Even though my case was quite complex, he took the time to thoroughly go over what to expect and addressed all my concerns with kindness and patience. His informative approach made me feel confident and well-supported throughout the process. Additionally, his staff—from the friendly front office team to the caring nurses and PAs—are truly amazing. They created a warm, welcoming environment that made my visits comfortable and reassuring. They listened when others would not. My abdominoplasty was done primarily to mitigate pain and progression of scoliosis; however, I'm beyond thrilled with the final aesthetics. And, my back issues have improved! I'd give him, and his entire team, more stars if I could. Wonderful folks.

My world was turned upside down in 9/2024. I had two surgeons for my first surgery which was a double mastectomy. Dr Garcia was amazing. I had trouble in the hospital and Dr Garcia was the surgeon that helped fix those problems. I was very disappointed with Dr Luh. He was not very nice to me at my appointments and then when it came time to schedule my DIEP surgery he would not schedule it. My last appointment he said he would send the referral and schedule my next surgery. That appointment was 1/13:2025. The soonest I could have the surgery was the 1st week of March. His surgery scheduler never called me. So I called her. She was very rude and told me he had not sent the referral and she would need to email him to see if he was going to do it. Again a few weeks went by no call. I called again. She was nasty again and told me they might be able to get me scheduled for surgery until late April or May. I said it was unacceptable and I found a new surgeon. Anyone who has to go through breast cancer and double mastectomy, having the chest expander in your chest is miserable. I am not sure why he would not schedule my surgery to remove it but I am thankful I found a new surgeon. I would not recommend this office or Dr Luh to anyone who has to go through breast cancer. My new surgeon is amazing and so caring. That is what you need when you are going through something so traumatic.

Dr Luh and his team were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Dr Luh preemptively answered a majority of the questions I came in with. I feel extremely fortunate to have been recommended to consult him for a breast reduction.
