I underwent a breast augmentation in January (325cc under the muscle) and am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Giacobbe, his PA Jenny and his office staff are wonderful, receptive, knowledgeable and accommodating. I did a lot of research before scheduling the procedure and he exceeded my expectations from consult through post op. I was happy with the results immediately following surgery, I never felt like the implants sat too high or like my breasts were oddly shaped. Swelling was minimal and the incisions healed very well. I had surgery on a Friday and was back to work the following Tuesday. I was cleared for low impact lower body exercise at my 2 week follow up and cleared for light upper body at my 6 week follow up. I highly recommend Dr. G if you’re considering a breast augmentation.

I recently had fillers and Botox done, and I truly feel like a new woman! After the procedure, I felt beautiful in my own skin again. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. Jennifer was wonderful—she listened carefully to all of my concerns and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. She took her time, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I highly recommend WNY Plastic Surgery to all of my friends and family. If you’re considering any treatments, this is definitely the place to go! Laurie Enders

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Zvi Scharf since 1991. I have referred several of my friends to Dr. Scharf over the years, and everyone came away satisfied. Everyone. Hands down, he is the best. He’s honest, so very kind, and doesn’t (never) engage in the practice of “upselling” products or procedures. I have never had a moment where I questioned his advice or recommendations. I would be remiss if I didn’t give [more than] a nod to Lori, who always greets you like a familiar acquaintance. I always enjoy meeting with her, and she always gives me her honest opinion which I appreciate. The medical spa is second to none. Worth every single cent. I’ve never had a bad reaction or any type of mishap. It has to be the best medical spa in our area. These types of services can add up and become quite expensive. In a consumer-driven environment, you want to know if you can trust the provider and if you will receive the benefits of the desired outcome. That’s why I recommend the Center for Plastic Surgery to anyone looking to look and feel better about themselves.

I had breast augmentation done with this surgeon three years ago and unfortunately the results have not held up well. My implants (400cc, over the muscle) have progressively descended and now sit too low and shift toward my armpits when I lie down. I also have significant skin laxity and discomfort in bras. What has been most disappointing is that these concerns were not explained to me before surgery. I was not told that I may have needed a lift with the augmentation, despite having previous sagging and a prior lift with this surgeon. I trusted the surgeon’s recommendation to proceed without one. When I returned for an evaluation, I was told that the only solution was another full breast lift at my expense, quoted at $11,500. When I asked if there could be a price adjustment or partial accommodation given how quickly the results failed, I was told no. I understand that no surgical result is guaranteed, but I expected more transparency, accountability, and willingness to work with a patient experiencing problems within a relatively short period of time. I am now seeking a second opinion with a surgeon who specializes in revision work. This review is not meant to be malicious—only an honest account of my experience so others can make an informed decision. Edited: Had consult with another surgeon who said initially the recommended surgery I had was not what they would have chosen. For me to have this corrected it is a big surgery!! They recommended a lift, smaller implants and UNDER the muscle which will correct the sagging of the implant and rippling. All of this could have been prevented if it was done right the first time.

Dr. Sharf and his nurse Lori are top notch. I had a facial injury and was so happy with the results. It’s absolutely undetectable! The office staff is very professional and kind! I highly recommend Dr. Sharf!!
