I’ve been seeing Wendy for laser hair removal for over a year now and I’m so impressed with the results. I’m about to turn 39 and honestly wish I had done this in my twenties! Vacations are a breeze now, I feel way more confident and worry-free, and my skin is so much better because of it. Highly recommend!

This review is in reference to Dr. Scott Smith, although I'm sure his brother is just as amazing. In terms of how a surgeon treats their patients, Dr. Smith has ruined me for any other provider. He is legit the most patient, kind-hearted surgeon I've met. He also happens to be one of the few surgeons who can be confident without being cocky or patronizing. What a novel concept! Dr. Smith always takes as much time as is needed to answer each & every last question my ADHD-riddled brain could think to ask & even some I didn't ask. He's not closed-minded to suggestions & has worked with me every step of the way even when I've been... difficult. The ladies on his staff are second to none. Janelle, Shannon, Lissy, & every other individual that I have interacted with has been absolutely amazing. After numerous surgery consultations, I chose Dr. Smith because of his extended deep plane face & neck lift procedure. It's amazing. To be clear: NOT ALL SURGEONS ARE CREATED EQUAL. When seeking a surgeon to do a face or neck procedure, I cannot stress how important it is to choose a board-certified FACIAL plastic surgeon. I liken it to dentistry. If all you need is a cleaning or a cavity filled, a general dentist would likely suffice. If what you need is a zygomatic implant, then an ABOMS-certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon would be in order. It's the same idea with respect to cosmetic surgery. If you're looking to get a face or neck procedure, it would be in your best interest to go to a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon. There happen to be two of them at Smith Facial Plastics. As I said, I'm partial to Dr. Scott Smith myself, but that's what happens when you're in the trenches of surgery & someone's holding a scalpel to your neck... lol. In other words: I trust him completely!

My facelift/necklift by Dr Stephen Smith exceeded my expectations. I enjoy looking in the mirror again! It's amazing that 2.5 hours of surgery could make me look 12 years younger. The sedation i was given made the surgery a breeze. The price was reaonable because no general anesthesia was used. All questions and phone calls were returned promptly. It's NICE to fool mother nature.

Dr. Scott Smith performed functional breathing surgery on my nose from a traumatic work injury from 25+ years ago. And…..I can breathe again!!!! But let’s start with his staff. From the minute you walk in, you are treated as the most important patient in the practice. You are treated with professional kindness. Then you get to meet Nurse Janelle, who is the best nurse ever, stays right with you, provides straightforward medical information, and provides such amazing support. Now on to Dr. Scott. I cannot imagine having surgery with anyone else. His personality, professionalism, kindness, and medical knowledge gives you the assurance you are in the correct place with an outstanding medical team. Dr. Scott truly cares about your medical well-being and goes above and beyond to make sure you have exactly what you need to heal comfortably. I’m excited to continue to heal and see the results of his medical expertise. I’m so glad I chose Dr. Scott and Smith Facial Plastics. I am so excited to try other services offered by them.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr Scott Smith!! I drive three hours to have a honest consultation.. I have never experienced such a knowledge facial plastic surgeon in my life . He by far is the most honest and experienced doctor I have ever meant . However , I was out of network the doc was kind enough to share what he feels needed adjusted. I will save every penny for next year. I have a year before any work can he done . He has my business now for other procedures that I been wanting.. please don’t wait go to Columbus location worth every dime !! again thank you Dr Smith for treating me nice you left a huge impact on me . I will be back because of how you handled our consultation I’ve never been treated so kindly. Super impressed because I don’t have the good insurance, I plan on saving for Smiths Facial plastics for other procedures hopefully wel will be doing business soon again it was all in how I was treated and that’s so important!!!
