Last spring, I finally decided to get a facelift and consulted Dr. Shuffett. Boy am I glad I did! Dr. Shuffett and his team were so kind and caring and helped me to not feel anxious. Dr. Shuffett carefully explained the procedure beforehand and what to expect post-surgery. I appreciated the time he took to explain everything and let me ask questions. The office staff and nurses were so kind and wonderful to me. They made me feel like a rockstar and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I gotta say, I’m thrilled with the results! I feel like myself again when I look in the mirror. I know it sounds cliche but I feel more confident and I no longer mind having my picture taken. I’m really happy with my experience and absolutely recommend Dr. Shuffett and his staff.

Dr. Shuffetts and Jennifer and their team did an absolutely amazing job on my face and neck I am more than grateful for their patience and care during and after my surgery I am a construction worker and had many years of sun damage and never wore sun screen. People that know me could it tell that I had work done but that I looked really good and healthyMy face looks natural and not different except younger. I plan on returning for some Lazer work Thank you so much Dr. Sheffetts. I have a client who is a doctor that said my face lift was the best he had ever seen.

I was referred to Dr. Shuffett by my former surgeon (Dr. Donald Reavie) who sadly retired last year. There is a long waiting list to see him (WELL worth it) and I now understand why. Dr. Shuffett's bedside manner, knowledge and charisma blew me away. Not only is he EXTREMELY knowledgeable, but he cares and listens to your concerns and answers questions you might not even think of asking. The staff treats you like family and they make sure you understand everything about your procedure. I loved my former surgeon and I was sad that he retired and never thought I would find a replacement but I did and I am so happy. My recovery has been almost painless and I HIGHLY recommend this surgeon and his staff. If you are looking for a quick appointment, that won't happen but I assure you that the wait is well worth seeing him. Feeling AMAZING 9 days post-op and I would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Dr. Shuffett and Staff - you are a blessing! One more Shout out to Jennifer who is not only amazingly kind but she was like an angel throughout the entire process. This who process deserves 10 stars!!

Dr. Shuffett is a gifted surgeon with an extraordinary aesthetic sense and a true healing touch, not to mention a top notch education. I wouldn't use any other surgeon, and here's why: Due to a very deep basal cell carcinoma, my nose was disfigured after Mohs surgery. A different surgeon caused me to end up with a graft on my nose that looked like a sew-on patch. Makeup only made it worse, and I avoided mirrors like I was Count Dracula. I found Dr. Shuffett (yay!) who had none of the hesitations of the other surgeons I consulted. He and Jennifer (his amazing assistant) confidently worked together like the dream team they are, keeping me informed and comfortable as the doctor removed the mortifying patch, and with utmost care and expertise, used matching skin from near the wound to seamlessly (key word) re-form my nose. It's a year later, and one would never know (when my mask is off, of course) that I had had a mutilated nose. Thanks to Dr. Shuffett, I got my regular nose back and, as the reader might guess from my enthusiasm, it looks even better than it did before!. Again, thank you, dear doctor!

I had my surgery----full face lift with upper and lower eyes done right before the Coronavirus lockdown. I had been thinking about getting a face lift for a long time and was afraid of going through with the procedure. But I had an important wedding in my family coming up and I thought this might be the time to finally get it done at 70 years of age. I heard about Dr. Shuffett from someone who knew one of his facelift patients and had been amazed by her natural and beautiful appearance. After meeting with him, I immediately felt at ease and knew I had found the right doctor---one who really cared about his patients and one who loved his work and was enthusiastic about the whole process. I immediately trusted him to do a wonderful job---which he did. After talking with him for just a few minutes, you are aware that he knows exactly what you need to have done and he will explain how he will do it. He keeps up with the latest advances and has been doing this a long time with wonderfully skilled people by his side. Besides being an artist is his field, he is the nicest, most personable doctor who takes time to go over all your questions and concerns. He took time to go through before and after photos and remembered each patient and what their concerns were when they had come in to see him. We all need a doctor who is totally involved with his patients like he is. I cannot say enough about his wonderful staff too. Jennifer is amazing. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole procedure—from the first call to make an appointment. She was a also the perfect model in showing off Dr. Shuffett’s work. She looks like she never had any facial surgery –so natural looking---and yet she appeared to be 20 years younger. She was so caring and would constantly check up on me to make sure everything was going well. I couldn’t have asked for any better treatment. I am very pleased with my results and I have a lot more confidence now. Before I had this done, I didn’t want my picture taken anymore. My friends and family tell me I look the same except younger and that I don’t look like I have had plastic surgery. That’s exactly what I wanted.
