Wonderful experience every time I come in for a service for a facial or massage! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Alison at the front desk works with me to help accommodate my busy mom schedule and set up appointments for me, which is so thoughtful and welcoming. Stacy is great for facials and gets my skin glowing as a postpartum mom. Thank you again and can’t wait to schedule my next appointment soon.

I ultimately chose not to proceed with this practice because of extremely unprofessional and dismissive customer service from office staff during my consultation scheduling. I usually don't leave reviews like this, but the experience was so awful, I felt compelled to. I had a 2:30 PM consultation scheduled today that required me to leave work early and travel about 1.5 hours from Manhattan. Unfortunately, I ran into severe traffic and realized I would be about 15 minutes late. I called the office to inform them, and the woman I spoke with told me they have a strict 15 minute grace period and that depending on how late I arrived, I might need to reschedule. While disappointing, I understood since I was the one running late. However, what ultimately made me decide not to reschedule with this office was the extremely unprofessional interaction that followed. For context, the office had called me the day before asking if I could move my appointment from 2:30 to 2:00 because Dr. Parker “needed to attend a personal appointment.” I explained that I MIGHT be able to arrive around 2:15, but I could not promise anything since I would be commuting from Manhattan after work. They said that was fine. I was slightly concerned at this last minute request made apparently for personal reasons (I made this consultation appointment more than a week prior) - this was the first red flag. About ten minutes after my first call with the office regarding my ETA, I received another call from a different staff member asking where I was because I was “very late” for my 2:00 appointment. I explained that my appointment was at 2:30 and that I had just spoken to someone from their office about running approximately 15 minutes late. I was then told that I “wasn’t talking to anyone” and was even asked if I might have been “talking to AI.” I clarified that I had absolutely spoken to a real person from their office. The tone of this conversation already felt unnecessarily dismissive and confrontational. I was then transferred to someone named Alison, who asked with clear frustration in her voice whether I had completed the intake documentation in the portal. I said I had not yet but could complete it immediately. She then told me that patients who have not completed the documentation must arrive 15 minutes before their appointment, and because I had not done so, my appointment would have to be canceled. The biggest issue with this explanation is that this requirement appears nowhere in their emails or website. Completing the forms ahead of time is recommended, but there is no stated rule requiring patients to arrive 15 minutes early if the forms are incomplete. This requirement felt like it was being introduced on the spot - in fact, I’m fairly certain it was and I’m taken back by the lack of integrity exhibited by this behavior. What she said also contradicted with what the first person said, who said I was able to keep my time as long as I got there before 2:45. To be clear, this review is not about the office being unable to accommodate my lateness. I understand policies exist and ultimately I was the one delayed by traffic. What was unacceptable was the level of unprofessionalism, disorganization, dismissiveness, and confrontation displayed by the patient coordination team. Based on the conversations, it also seemed there was an internal miscommunication about whether my appointment had been moved to 2:00 the day prior. My confirmation still reflected a 2:30 appointment, and no updated confirmation was sent. Instead of acknowledging the confusion or offering even a simple apology, the staff made it seem as though I was entirely at fault. I even had to request a refund for the consultation fee since it was not offered. Trust and professionalism are incredibly important when choosing a surgeon. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left me feeling disrespected and discouraged. I wish I had just canceled before I trekked all the way from Manhattan for this. Because of this experience, I will be seeking a different surgeon.

Dr. Parker is an excellent surgeon. I had a tummy tuck done in December, my incision and belly button look absolutely beautiful. He is a true perfectionist, so you don’t have to worry, you are in great hands. I highly recommend Dr. Parker. He performs the procedure in his own specialized facility, with no outpatient admission required. The experience is private, seamless, and the service is excellent. Everyone on his team is kind, professional, and very helpful. If you’re unsure, ask to see before-and-after photos you’ll be amazed by the results. I couldn’t be happier.

I came to Parker Center for a tummy tuck. Dr. Parker and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. Fast forward 2 years later, I couldn’t be happier with my results. 5 months after my procedure, I was able to feel comfortable enough to wear a bikini after over 30 years. If you’re looking for any cosmetic enhancements, don’t walk, run to see Dr. Paul Parker at the Parker Center!

Truly blessed to have a celebrity quality plastic surgeon in such an accessible town with such an exclusive and boutique office. This was my first procedure and from start to finish I was treated like a celebrity ( my MLD therapist was shocked ). I learnt that most surgeons do multiple procedures a day and don't follow up much after... well not Dr. Burnett... they only do one procedure a day so all the attention is on me. Plus for no additional cost I got access to his personal number where he took the initiative to reach out to me the day after my procedure to see how I was and quickly responded to any questions. 2 months later and I am completely OBSESSED with my results and walk through the world with even more confidence. I am finally able to see all of the hard work and muscle mass that I have built for years and have a better relationship with my body, the gym and food. And what's even better is that all my scars are hidden so well!! This is the best investment that I have ever made in myself and even though the healing process is tough, the support and artistic expertise of Dr. Burnett and his staff make it extremely worth it.
