Dr. Jess Ting is absolutely 1000% dedicated to his profession, and more importantly, his character is beyond exceptional. Dr. Ting responded immediately to a request for assistance by personally helping to coordinate my daughter's follow up care ... and, unbelievably and unexpectedly, Dr. Ting took the time on Christmas Day to help. Within a span of hours, he responded and resolved the matter. We owe our deepest gratitude to Dr. Ting. My wife and I are physicians who have been in practice for a combined total of 60+ years. Dr. Ting's dedication and compassion stands head and shoulders above all expectations for physicians and surgeons. I highly recommend Dr. Ting and his team. I've just completed stage 1 phalloplasty (full hysterectomy, metoidioplasty with urethral lengthening, and scrotoplasty) and everything went perfectly. His entire team is very talented and communicates well throughout the process. I'm extremely happy and satisfied with how things have gone so far, now looking forward to stage 2 - abdominal phalloplasty. Dr. Ting is the best!!
