Just started the BBL journey with Janelle, a representative out of Miami, although my procedure is taking place in Chicago. I’m grateful for her patience and sensitivity to all my questions, encouraging me through the process of the level of confidence I will feel once the procedure is complete and assuring me the high level of customer satisfaction from prior patients. By the end of our first initial call I felt she was genuinely vested in my process. I had an amazing experience working with Abigale at MIA Aesthetics. From the very beginning, she was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. She walked me through the entire virtual consultation process step by step and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Abigale provided clear, honest information about my future mommy makeover surgery, which will include a breast lift and tummy tuck, and took the time to explain everything in detail. What I appreciated most is that she never tried to influence my decision instead, she empowered me to make my own. She even showed me each doctor’s Instagram page so I could review their work and come to my own conclusions about who I felt most comfortable with. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!) with patience and professionalism, and she was always available and responsive whenever I needed clarification. I was definitely worried because of some of the reviews but I noticed most of the bad reviews were for lipo or a bbl. My experience was amazing. I got a great augmentation. It started off as a consultation and I left a $600 deposit and they let me pay the rest of the price off little by little until my surgery date. 4 days before my surgery I went back to the clinic for a consultation and to discuss my size but I did not talk to the doctor until day of surgery. The doctor and I discussed the size of my augmentation in detail day of surgery. I also met the anesthesiologist and discussed what the surgery would look like as well. All in all with this, plus surgery, plus about 1 hour of recovery it was about 4 ish hours. After I woke up from surgery I stayed for about 15 mins then got wheeled outside. I didnt feel pain until after the first 24 hours. I highly recommend getting the extra strength version of whatever pain medication they prescribe to you while you pick up your meds after surgery to take after your finish the pain med they prescribe to you. My post op appointment was 6:30am and I was seen around 7ish am but the entire staff was very kind and patient with all my questions, especially Dr. Arthur Rozentsvit. I am 6 weeks post op and so far i'm very happy with my results! I have my last post op appointment in 6 weeks.

My experience with Dr. B and his entire team has been absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. From the first consultation, Dr. B was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient. His team took the time to explain every detail and answer all of my questions so I felt informed and confident in my decisions from the beginning. Dr. B’s professionalism and genuine care truly sets him apart. The staff in the Chicago location is just as incredible. Rhyan, Selena and Danielle deserve a special shoutout for being so friendly and supportive throughout my entire journey. They are always so happy and all 3 of these ladies have made sure I felt comfortable at every visit. Dr. B’s Chicago team is incredibly responsive whenever I have concerns or need guidance. Their encouragement and reassurance has been such a positive factor in my experiences. The level of care, attention to detail and the compassion I receive here has been amazing. I never felt rushed, ignored or like “just another patient.” Instead, I felt truly supported every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to trust with my care, and I highly recommend Dr. B and his wonderful staff to anyone considering taking this journey!
