Dr. John T. Alexander II is a board-certified plastic surgeon in San Diego, California, and part of the Alexander Cosmetic Surgery practice, which has been San Diego's leader in facial rejuvenation and cosmetic plastic surgery for over 40 years. He received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1989, completed his general surgery residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and his plastic surgery fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.
