Dr. John Osborn is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Sacramento, California, affiliated with Mercy General Hospital and Sutter Medical Center-Sacramento. He earned his medical degree from the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine in 1968 and completed transitional year training at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, followed by a general surgery residency at UC Davis Health and a plastic surgery residency at the University of Toledo. Dr. Osborn has maintained a private practice in Sacramento for decades.
