I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Sessa and the entire staff . I am a 63 year old man who had gynaecomastia surgery to improve the look of my chest. The results are amazing . My physique now looks great . This has changed my life and given me unimaginable confidence. I’m thrilled I found the right surgeon , Dr. Sessa , along with his exceptional surgical staff , to help me achieve a chest that I used to only dream about having. The front of office staff have all been wonderful too and everything has been professional and courteous. I thought also having its own surgical center was a huge plus. I felt familiar and in very safe hands going into surgery and even coming out of surgery , I was at ease that I was being cared for . The follow up has been exceptional. I Highly recommend Dr, Sessa and Sarasota Surgical Arts .

If I had to rate Dr. Sessa, his staff and the complete experience on a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a solid 12! I had a deep plane facelift, brow lift, eye lift, lip flip, dermabrasion, and laser along with my neck. The whole experience was fabulous and virtually pain-free. I would highly recommend Dr. Sesa and his staff. The photos are before, 6 weeks out and 9 weeks out.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Sarasota Surgical Arts. Dr. Lee was beyond kind and considerate, especially given the trauma I’ve been carrying through this process for over a decade. From the moment I met her, she made me feel seen, heard, and—most importantly—not alone. That alone meant more to me than I can put into words. The entire staff was compassionate and patient, but Kelly in particular stood out. She was incredibly kind, reassuring, and literally held my hand when I needed it most. That level of care and humanity is rare, and it made a profound difference for me. After years of feeling dismissed or overwhelmed in medical settings, this experience was the complete opposite. I felt supported, respected, and treated like a whole person—not just a patient. Dr. Sessa? More like Dr. Successa! I genuinely could not have asked for a better result. I’m one month post-op from my breast augmentation, and wow—they look absolutely amazing. From my very first consultation to today, the entire experience has been nothing short of fantastic. Gina was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all of my many questions, as was Dr. Sessa himself. He truly takes the time to listen and never makes you feel rushed, which stood out compared to other consultations I had elsewhere. We went back and forth discussing the best procedure and implant size for my body, and I always felt well-informed and confident in every decision. Dr. Sessa helped guide me to what ended up being the perfect choice. Post-op recovery has been a breeze. My incisions are about two inches under the breast fold, and as of today they are completely closed and healing beautifully, just ready for scar care. I healed very quickly, which I truly believe is due to Dr. Sessa’s technique—his gentleness, precision, and finesse really show in the results. I had an incredible experience with Dr. Sessa and the team. Everyone is super responsive and helpful. As for the procedure I had a flour de le with the 360 lower body lift and a breast reduction and was back on my feet and on the road to recovery in week 1, ran a 5k at normal pace by week 4 of recovery! My scarring is healing great (5 weeks post opp now) and I have never felt better. I saw 5 doctors over the last few years and none of them hit the mark to be my surgeon but when I walked into Dr. Sessa’s office it was different. I never once waited in the waiting room, I felt like their only priority in the moments during my appointments. Dr. Sessa was calm and patient and above all else, he was respectful of the fact that this can be a vulnerable experience. I could not have asked for a better experience. Jordan was the surgical assistant that day and she was an absolute gem. She saw my fear creeping in and offered a human to human hug and honestly it was exactly what I needed in the moment. She has no idea how much that moment meant to me.
