In hopes of helping other women & men, feel CONFIDENT in their choice of surgeon for their procedure… I’m happily posting an honest review, of my surgical consult & 1st meeting of Dr. Mat Novak @ Southlake Plastic Surgery. Having dedicated my full time working career as a Cardiac Surgery RN for 12 years… It was very important to me that my surgeon was very confident in his skills!! (& W/OUT a trace of self arrogance!!!) Dr. Mat Novak was just that!!! After asking him a surgical technical question… Dr Mat Novak sincerely answered my question. Plus then with a smile offered- “that’s why I did a 7 year Residency in this surgery”!!! In addition, I was looking for a Dr that was eager to listen, know my hopeful expectations post op!!! Before leaving, I felt Dr Mat Novak’s sincere commitment to fulfill my post op expectations, to the best of his ability!! I was happily very impressed!!! I also clearly knew that I had chosen the RIGHT surgeon!!! Adding in the wonderful office manager Kim… My Pre-op consult w/Dr Mat Novak @ SL Plastic Surgery was a Glowing 10 STARS!!! Dr. Novak and his staff are absolutely incredible. I felt at ease going into surgery and confident that he would deliver on the results we discussed. He did just that. All of the nurses were amazing as well. I highly recommend them if you’re considering making a change.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Vennemeyer and his entire staff. From my very first visit, I felt comfortable and knew I could trust him completely. He is professional, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. His staff is amazing — they are so attentive, kind, and treat you exceptionally well. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. After the surgery, they consistently checked in on me to make sure everything was healing properly and that I was doing well, which made me feel very supported and cared for. I am absolutely loving my results and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Dr. Vennemeyer and his team!

I had an amazing experience at Vennemeyer Plastic Surgery. Dr. Vennemeyer and his team were professional, caring, and attentive from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and my results look beautiful and natural. Post-surgery care was just as impressive. The staff checked on me, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt supported during recovery. The office is clean, organized, and runs very smoothly. Highly recommend!
