I could not be more delighted with both the experience and results that I received from working with Dr. Benjamin Caughlin. I actually had cosmetic surgery 10 years ago and was living with mediocre results. Dr.Caughlin corrected all the issues and gave me the results I was hoping for the first time. Dr. Caughlin takes time out of his busy schedule to check in and make sure you’re doing well post surgery, including changing my dressings at my hotel next door. When I couldn’t be there in person, we scheduled video chats to make sure I was healing on schedule. Also, Dr. Caughlin’s staff are professional and kind. This office is a well run practice with the patient experience first and foremost. I am so happy I found them. Thank you again, Dr. C!

I had an amazing experience with Ariana at Northwestern. I have extremely sensitive skin, so I was nervous about doing anything, but I wanted to address both my acne and forehead wrinkles. Ari listened very attentively to all of my concerns and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. She recommended a treatment and was very honest, telling me it could take about a week to see results. I’m now 6 days in, and I genuinely cannot believe how good my skin looks. My forehead lines are almost non-existent, and my acne is improving more and more every day. I was honestly so skeptical going into this, but the results speak for themselves. My face looks better than it has in a long time, and I couldn’t be happier. Ari is knowledgeable, thoughtful, and incredibly skilled. I would recommend her to anyone especially if you have sensitive skin and are nervous about treatments.

Wasted 12k on a “jawline correction”. Dr. C suggested an unnecessary chin implant to improve my jawline. I believed him since he says he’s the best. The implant made my face look cartoony and did nothing for my jawline, a year later I had to pay to remove it. Complete waste of money and time. As well have tried contacting the office multiple times for a refund or partial refund since I had to pay somewhere else to get it removed and have been completely ignored. Biggest mistake I could have made was to go to Dr. C
