Always ask who you are speaking with because depending on who it is they may not be giving you correct information. My dad had a referral sent 5/2 and it was received that day. Today is 5/27 and if I would not have called I would still be waiting for a call back. I am still waiting to schedule something because the front desk has to do their job, then they have to get approval from the admiin, the nurse, and Dr. Cheng before schedule an appointment. The only reason why we are waiting is because we were recommended by another doctor. Hopefully once my dad is seen it is a better experience.

He performed surgery in both my hands for carpal tunnel. The surgeries were successful. I am no longer in pain and have full functionality in both hands. He was always friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I am glad he was my surgeon and happily give him a high rating he earned.

Dr. Cheng’s quiet confidence backed by actual skill in diagnosis and surgery truly makes him a world class surgeon. He diagnosed and successfully treated a condition that two other hand surgeons, both educated at elite medical schools with top-tier residencies, failed to properly diagnose over a six-month period. I have the scars to prove that the surgeries did in fact happen, but only 6-weeks after getting out of the operating room, I’m able to return to most of my pre-injury activities almost entirely without pain. The lingering issues will simply take time to resolve, which Dr. Cheng had discussed prior to my surgeries.

Dr Cheng is a world class doctor in his field. He is calm, patient and takes time during examination. I highly recommend him.
