I had my breast augmentation with him in Florida over 14 years ago. He’s so good I tracked him down and will be flying to California to have them redone. His incision left no scaring and healed perfectly. I have a full C implant coming from an A cup. The implant was placed under the muscle and I have to convince people that they are not mine. They feel so soft and real.

Hands down, Dr. Bivens really is the expert in cosmetic surgery! A couple weeks ago I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Bivens, and girrrrl- although I’m not completely healed at this point, I absolutely love the size he chose! They fit my body frame perfectly and are exactly what I hoped for ✨ Overall, the whole process was great and the OPS staff has been so amazing, kind, and polite. Kayla & Vicky are awesome! Kayla helped book my appointments, answered all of my questions prior to surgery, and made the entire process so easy to understand. Vicky helped me post-surgery by answering any questions or concerns I had, she checked on me, and made me feel so at ease through the healing process. Don’t walk, RUN 🗣️ … girlfriend, this is the place to go for your cosmetic needs.

Dr. Bivens and the entire staff at Optimal Plastic Surgery are INCREDIBLE! I needed to have a minor surgery on my eye, and I reached out to Optimal Plastic Surgery for a consultation. From the minute I called and spoke with Kayla, I knew I had chosen the right place. Just talking to Kayla on the phone was like talking to my best friend. Then office itself was so warm and inviting. Then I met Dr. Bivens! Talk about friendly, knowledgeable and so so funny. He made me feel so comfortable from the minute we shook hands. He was also incredibly kind to his staff. He was a breath of fresh air for sure. During my surgery, Mailoan was my nurse in the operating room. She was so calm and friendly, and made my experience feel like I was at a spa instead of preparing for surgery. Now for the surgery… It was PAINLESS! I felt absolutely no pain not even from the initial needle prick. Dr. Bivens works magic. I had the stitches removed a week ago and cannot be more pleased with the results. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Bivens and Optimal Plastic Surgery to absolutely everyone. Thank you so much for an amazing experience. You are one of a kind!
