Recently had a breast lift and implant surgery with Dr. Joseph and I cannot say enough good things about Park Avenue Plastic surgery center! From the beautiful office you enter to the friendly and accommodating staff, you feel like you are in great hands throughout the entire experience. Dr Joseph did a fantastic job at explaining the surgery in detail-what I could expect and desired outcome of the surgery during my consult. He chose a great size implant to fit my body type. The surgery was in and out in a few hours and I had supportive staff I could refer to if i had any implications at post-op. I honestly am so grateful I found this place and I will refer anybody interested in plastic surgery to go here!

I highly recommend Dr. Joseph! This is my second time seeing him, as he performed my first breast augmentation over 20 years ago. When it was time to have my implants exchanged, I didn’t even consider going anywhere else. If I could give him 10 stars, I absolutely would! Both surgeries went exceptionally well, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. His entire staff is equally amazing—every single person I interacted with was kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, from consultation to post-op care. Dr. Joseph and his team truly go above and beyond!

I have wanted to get my breasts fixed for many many years but I was always too scared to actually go through with it. When I finally found and met Dr Joseph and his entire staff, I knew immediately that I was going to be in amazing hands. From the initial consult visit, to my post op appointments, I felt so calm and comfortable with the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Brian Joseph and his amazing staff for any of your surgical needs. They are absolutely the VERY best!!

Please take Helene Mills’ Google review of Dr. Joseph seriously. Unfortunately, my own experiences reflect many of the same concerns. Dr. Joseph does not demonstrate compassion or effective bedside manner. This morning I’m leaving his office feeling ridiculed and dismissed simply for voicing concerns or requesting something different. My issues go beyond surgical asymmetry. Despite repeatedly communicating how small I wanted a specific area to be, my requests were not honored. Instead, Dr. Joseph imposed his own preferences, leaving me with results I did not want, visible scars that show when wearing a low cut top, and little acknowledgment of my feelings. He also criticized the work of my previous surgeon, even though I have clear photographic evidence that my previous surgeon did things right the first time, but my changes were due to my 80 pound weight fluctuation, not surgical error. I have undergone two unsuccessful surgeries with Dr. Joseph, and each time, rather than addressing my concerns, he made excuses and became defensive. During my most recent appointment, his hostility forced me to walk out before I could even discuss the pain I was experiencing because he kept blaming me repeatedly. He even caused me terrible pain for over 2 months during my first surgery with him because he used staples to close me up in some parts and left them in for OVER TWO MONTHS because he forgot to remove them. This is a cosmetic surgery. Why would staples ever be used? I also wasn’t even told about it before the surgery, or else I would’ve absolutely declined. While his support staff is kind, professional, and compassionate, I cannot say the same for Dr. Joseph. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend him and would strongly encourage others to seek care elsewhere, particularly in South Florida where higher-quality options are available and to have a better variety of surgeons. They’ll try to respond to this review the way they did Helene’s calling him a top surgeon…well then perform like one!

I’m beyond grateful to be a two-time patient of Dr. Joseph and his incredible team. This time around, I came in for a breast augmentation (replacing my 17-year-old implants!) and a tummy tuck — and I truly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, every member of the staff made me feel supported, understood, and cared for. Their attention to detail and genuine thoughtfulness made all the difference throughout my journey. Dr. Joseph is not only incredibly skilled, but also kind, patient, and honest. I felt informed and at ease every step of the way, and I’m genuinely so happy with my results. I’ll always be grateful to Dr. Joseph and his wonderful team!
