Amazing results, yes! But honestly what impressed me most was not just Dr. Cruise's attention to detail and expertise but his entire staff. From beginning to end they were top class, organized and extremely professional. Recommend 100 times over 10 out of 10.

I began my facial plastic surgery journey with Dr. Cruise at Cruise Plastic Surgery about two years ago, and I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience or results. We started with a fat transfer to my cheekbones, lips, and around my eyes. The results looked very natural, but what impressed me most was the improvement in my skin quality. My face looked fresher, smoother, and healthier, and the large pores I used to notice were dramatically reduced. About a year later, I decided to move forward with a lower facelift to address my neck area. Dr. Cruise did an outstanding job. I don’t look overdone or artificially younger — I simply look refreshed and well-rested. My makeup goes on beautifully, the scarring is minimal, and even after cutting my hair very short, no one has noticed anything unusual. If you’re looking for facial plastic surgery or a facelift in Newport Beach, or anywhere in Orange County, I highly recommend Dr. Cruise. His work is natural and, precise, and I’m extremely grateful for the results.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cruise and his amazing nurse Dana she was so helpful and made me feel so at ease with the entire process. If it wasn’t for her I probably would have freaked out, but she is so knowledgeable and so warm hearted that her energy made the entire process feel like a piece of cake. Dr. Cruise himself is also a wonderful doctor and he really does care about his patients. He left me with results that have now healed a big insecurity of mine. I’m appreciative of everybody there, including the administrator Kayla and the manager Stephanie. From the bottom of my heart, I would recommend this place to anybody who’s looking to receive gynecomastia surgery.

I had a physical abnormality that should have been dealt with 40 years ago. I had one of those epiphany moments and got to researching my particular issue. Ironically I learned my issue was very common and correctable. I interviewed several plastic surgeons. I then had two failed surgeries. I believe the failure was due to the fact that the doctor I chose did not have the experience needed to do the job properly. Back to the drawing board and research. I came across Dr. Cruise and decided to literally watch every youtube and promo video he had online. I saw a consistency and compassion and level of professionalism in him that I did not experience with the 3 other plastic surgeons I had previously had contact with. That made me feel comfortable calling his office. I called and Kayla answered the phone and got my name and contact info and some background as to why I was calling. She could not have been nicer. Talking to Kayla was like talking to a family member. I then spent time in consultation with Stephanie providing her with all the nitty gritty and background info and my time constraints on my calendar to have my procedure. I had no longer hung up the phone and she was calling back with an appt for a consult with Dr. Cruise and potential surgery dates to consider. I appreciated that because I know that's usually not the order of things but I was cancelling surgery elsewhere and transferring myself to Dr. Cruise's care at the last minute. They handled it without so much as a blink of an eye. The care and kindness shown me again was that of a family member. Everything was professional but with compassion and caring and they would listen to any questions or concerns and actually engage me about my thoughts and expectations. Very rare behavior in today's world. I went through my consult and Dr. Cruise spent a lot of time assuring me that my issues could be fixed and the problems created by the failed surgeries would no longer exist. He put together a surgical plan. On the day of the surgery I was taken very good care of by the surgical team. The anesthesia doctor was a very kind and caring person and made the entire process very relaxing and painless. The surgical team were all very caring and supportive. I could not have asked for a better experience. My results 4 week post operative are amazing! Aftercare services were just the same, professional but very caring and supportive. There were phone calls to check up on me and because I was an out of town patient, the staff took extra effort to make sure the airline took good care of me and that the flight crew were made aware of my post surgical status and need for possible assistance. For me, the personal interaction and the actual heart and care that was shown for me was worth so much more than the cost of the procedure itself. I am 64 years old, I have had my share of surgeries in my life and I can unequivocally say I have never been treated this good in my life. Thats not to say my other experiences were bad, its to say that Dr Cruise and his staff went so far over and above the norm, I have to say that this was the best medical/surgical experience I have ever had, bar none. In the profession that I am licensed to work in, I deal with a lot of fearful people who have to trust me for an outcome. I rarely, if ever, see professionals take that extra step to engage the heart and humanity of the client. It makes all the difference in the world to engage the heart and humanity of the person I am working with and thus I recognized this very same behavior in Dr. Cruise and his staff. I got to experience first hand what I try to give everyone of my clients. I would recommend Dr. Cruise without reservation to anyone needing an experienced plastic surgeon in a first class facility and environment.
